This incident has been resolved.

We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result.

Unfortunately, this error has caused some Xero integrations to break. If you encounter this error:

Unable to refresh Xero API token.

You can fix it by following these steps to refresh the authorisation for an integration:

1. Go to your Integrations page
2. Click the Add Integration button
3. Select Xero from the list of options to be taken to Xero’s authorisation page
4. Select the relevant Xero organisation from the drop-down
5. Click Continue to return to Worknice

We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.
